A suburban office park is reinvented.

Like many older suburbs, Westchester County is dealing with aging office and industrial parks which no longer meet the changing needs of a rapidly evolving economy.  Faced with the need to retain the next generation of young professionals, this proposal illustrates how a typical office park can become a well-connected, mixed-use and transit-accessible place, with a diversity of activities and a range of housing choices.
