Pace Land Use Academy
Plan + Process is a regular participant in the Land Use Law Academy sponsored by the Pace University Land Use Law Center which teaches local stakeholders how to use the tools of planning and regulation to manage land use in their communities. Recent collaborations have focused on affordable housing. Plan & Process lectures on the urban design considerations related to affordable housing and facilitates interactive, in-class design exercises.
